The condition for confirming the reservation is sending a deposit of 50% of the value of the stay. Up to 21 days before arrival, a 50% deposit can be returned. After this date, the entire deposit is non-returnable.
The price includes:
- buffet breakfasts: sweet, savory, hot, cold
- Highlander feast with a regional menu (every Wednesday from 19:00)
- afternoon art workshops for children on selected weekdays
- An outgoing regional souvenir – products from local craftsmen (stay min 4 nights).
- Daily OPEN SPA jacuzzi, Finnish sauna, Roman bath, mini-solarium, available 17:00-20:00,
- Access to locked ski lockers with heated air
- Free parking,
- VAT included.
Rules of stay:
- Hotel day - 16:00-11:00.
- The condition for confirming the reservation is sending a deposit of 30% of the value of the stay within 3 days from the date of booking. In case of cancellation up to 21 days before arrival, a refund of 50% of the deposit is possible. After this deadline, the entire deposited amount is non-refundable.
- Pets - are not accepted.
- Children up to 3 years old - stay free of charge if sleeping with parents (without services).
- Guests who would like to receive an invoice are requested to enter all necessary details before paying the deposit.
